Refund Policy – Scatter Instruments

1. To return any product, please visit our website here: https://Scatterinstruments.com/contact-us and fill out the form and submit.
2. Scatter Instruments will issue a valid RMA number.
3. Return shipping, insurance, and handling are the responsibility of the customer. Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.
4. Once the item has been used, it is not returnable.
5. Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty, or damaged goods on delivery must be made within ten (10) working days of receipt of goods.
6. Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
7. Products will only be accepted for exchange/credit if received in sellable condition. Products must be returned in the original sealed package to be accepted for replacement or credit.
8. A restocking fee will apply to any product returned for reasons other than defect or damage. The Restocking Fee Schedule is as follows:
   1. 20% for items returned within 15 days
   2. 30% for items returned between 15-45 days
   3. No credit after 45 days
   4. Shipping fees will not be credited.
9. All returned products must include all accessories, manuals, or other documentation that were originally shipped with the product. We are not responsible for additional damages resulting from improper packaging of your equipment when sending it back.
10. Scatter Instruments cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued.
11. Refusal of Parcel or Cancellation After Shipment: If a customer refuses a parcel or cancels an order after it has been shipped, Scatter Instruments is not responsible for issuing any credit until the product is received back at our facility. No refunds or credits will be processed until the returned item is inspected and deemed acceptable for return.
12. Charges Deducted from Refund for Returned Products: If the product is returned due to customer refusal or cancellation after shipment, the following charges will be deducted from any refund issued upon receipt of the returned item:
    1. The original shipping cost from Pakistan to the destination country.
    2. The return shipping cost if the client refused the parcel before delivery.
    3. Any customs duties applied by the Pakistan government upon the return of the parcel to our country.
    4. The card processing fee paid during the order placement, which is non-returnable.
13. Re-shipping Requests: If a customer requests to re-ship the order after a return or refusal, an additional re-shipping cost will be charged.
