Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply in all cases; for general instruments our MOQ is 1(One) instruments whereas for special items we decide on a case to case basis.
Guarantee period of 1 year is applicable on all instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting or any other manufacturing related defect.
Shipping Time for products available in stock will be 4-6 Working days, whereas for items not in stock is roughly 20-30 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments. This Shipping period is significantly reduced once our customer becomes regular and we start to maintain customer specific inventory at our facility.
Delivery Time is not more that 10 days, depends on the region of delivery, As we use to deliver with Worldclass trustable “DHL” courier , so average delivery time is 6 working days.
International Custom Duties and Txes, International Buyers are responsible for their counytry’s taxes and duties when receiving packages. We are NOT responsible for any fees relating to international customs. Also we are NOT responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country.
