Materials & Grades

Instruments are forged from surgical-grade stainless steel, hardened, hand-finished and passivated so they withstand repeated cleaning and steam sterilization. Selected patterns are available in black or matte finishes to reduce glare under theatre lights.

Buying Guide

How to choose plastic surgery instruments: • Start from the procedure — rhinoplasty, facelift, breast and eyelid surgery each use their own core patterns. • Match length to working depth — breast pockets need long retractors and dissectors; facial work needs short, fine instruments. • Choose the named pattern your surgeons know (for example Aufricht, Converse, Joseph or Trepsat); each product page lists pattern and size. • Add lighting for deep pockets with fiber-optic retractors. • Plan sterilization with matching trays and boxes so each set is processed together.
