Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Scatter Instruments.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply in all cases; for general instruments our MOQ is 1 (One) instrument whereas for special items we decide on a case-by-case basis.
Guarantee period of 1 year is applicable on all instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting or any other manufacturing related defect.
Shipping time for products available in stock will be 4–6 working days, whereas for items not in stock is roughly 20–30 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments. This shipping period is significantly reduced once our customer becomes regular and we start to maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.
Delivery time is not more than 10 days, depending on the region of delivery. We deliver with world-class, trusted DHL courier — average delivery time is 6 working days.
International buyers are responsible for their country's taxes and duties when receiving packages. We are not responsible for any fees relating to international customs, or for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer's country.
