1 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply in all cases; for general instruments our MOQ is 1 (One) instrument whereas for special items we decide on a case-by-case basis.

2 Product Guarantee

A guarantee period of 1 year applies to all instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting or any other manufacturing related defect.

3 Shipping Time

Shipping time for products available in stock will be 4–6 working days, whereas for items not in stock is roughly 20–30 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments. This shipping period is significantly reduced once our customer becomes regular and we start to maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.

4 Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout: from 5–6 days for express services to 18–22 days for economy duties-paid services. See Delivery Information for every option.

5 International Customs & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for their country's taxes and duties when receiving packages. We are not responsible for any fees relating to international customs, or for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer's country.

6 Ordering & Quotes

You can order directly in our online store, or send your list to us by email or WhatsApp. Hospitals, distributors and bulk buyers can ask for a quotation before ordering. Special and custom items are quoted case by case.

7 Prices & Payment

Prices on our website are shown in US dollars. At checkout you can pay by:

• Credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe. A 5% card processing fee is added.
• Bank transfer. An intermediary bank fee of US$20 is added on orders of US$500 or more.
• ACH transfer or US wire transfer for customers in the United States.

Any fee is shown as a separate line in your order summary before you confirm your order.

8 Order Confirmation & Invoices

You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and order updates on WhatsApp if you gave us a mobile number. Your invoice is emailed once your order is confirmed and goes into processing, and you can download it at any time from My Account.

9 Guarantee Claims

To claim under the guarantee, contact us with your order number, the affected instruments and clear photos of the problem. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by using an instrument for a task it was not designed for, by improper cleaning or sterilization, or by repairs made by the user. 10 Returns & Cancellations

Returns are started from My Account within 15 days of delivery and are covered by our Return Policy. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship; see our Cancellation Policy.

11 Custom & OEM Orders

For custom, modified and own-brand (OEM) instruments, the specification, quantities and lead time are agreed with you in writing before production starts. Custom products are made to your order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
