About this instrument

Camellin Style LASEK Double Ended 9.0mm Trephine With 9.5mm Well — Overview

The Camellin Style LASEK Double Ended 9.0mm Trephine With 9.5mm Well (SA-200-97) is a dual-diameter epithelial trephine used to mark and separate the corneal epithelial flap during LASEK surgery.

Double-Ended Design

One end provides a 9.0mm cutting diameter while the opposing well is sized to 9.5mm, giving the surgeon two calibrated diameters from a single instrument.

Clinical Use

Used in LASEK refractive surgery to demarcate the epithelial flap boundary prior to alcohol-assisted epithelial separation.

Material and Construction

Manufactured from surgical-grade stainless steel and hand-finished in Sialkot, Pakistan for a sharp, precisely circular cutting edge at each diameter.

Sterilization and Care

Fully autoclavable and intended for repeated reuse. Both cutting edges should be inspected before each use for sharpness and roundness.
