Frame Plus Three Blade Sizes

The frame-only option lets facilities purchase or replace the base component separately, while the three graduated blade widths (75mm, 85mm, 100mm, all 25mm depth) let the surgeon match blade size to patient anatomy without needing an entirely separate gag system for different sizes — the same modular philosophy behind the Davis-Boyle system, offered here in the McIvor pattern.

Clinical Use

This mouth gag is used in tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and general intraoral and maxillofacial procedures requiring self-retaining, size-adjustable mouth opening.

Material and Construction

Manufactured from surgical-grade stainless steel and hand-finished in Sialkot, Pakistan, with the frame engineered to accept the standard range of McIvor interchangeable blades.

Sterilization and Care

Fully autoclavable across all components. The blade-engagement mechanism should be checked for secure, reliable fit before each use.
