The Sigmoid Notch Retractor, 22cm (S27-135-22) is a long-shafted retractor shaped to seat within the sigmoid notch of the mandible during ramus and condylar surgery.

Design

Its curved tip is contoured to hook into the sigmoid notch, holding the coronoid and condylar processes clear of the surgical approach without a fiber optic attachment.
