The Tessier Maxillary Lever, Right (S27-169-01) is the right-side counterpart to the left maxillary lever, sharing the same heavy-duty design mirrored for the right maxillary segment.

Right-Side Design

Shaped specifically to engage the right maxillary segment, this lever is used together with the left-side version for balanced, symmetric Le Fort mobilization.

Clinical Use

Used in Le Fort I and related maxillary osteotomy procedures to apply controlled leverage that completes the down-fracture and mobilizes the right maxillary segment.

Material and Construction

Manufactured from surgical-grade stainless steel and hand-finished in Sialkot, Pakistan to the same standard as the left-side version.

Sterilization and Care

Fully autoclavable and intended for repeated reuse. The tip should be inspected before each use for deformation.
