Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply in all cases. For general instruments our MOQ is 1 (one) instrument; for special items we decide on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Standard instruments can be ordered from a single piece, so you can order samples through the store or by quote.

Yes. As a manufacturer we can modify standard instruments or make new designs from your idea or drawing. Custom items are quoted case by case and cannot be returned.

Yes. We supply instruments marked with your brand name and catalogue number. See Private Label & OEM.

Yes. An invoice is emailed to you once your order is confirmed and goes into processing, and you can download it any time from your account.

At checkout you can pay by:

• Credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe
• Bank transfer
• ACH transfer or US wire transfer (United States)

Card payments carry a 5% processing fee. Bank transfers on orders of US$500 or more carry a US$20 intermediary bank fee. Any fee is shown in your order summary before you pay.

Yes, NET 30 terms are available for verified distributors. Contact us to apply.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 working days if stock is available. Production period may vary (typically 1–4 weeks) depending on products and quantity ordered.

Yes, we charge shipping charges based on product weight worldwide. We also offer free shipping if order value is above $1,500 USD (valid when no other discount applies).

We ship with DHL, UPS and DPD. All available options, with delivery times and prices, are shown at checkout. See Delivery Information.

Import duties are the buyer's responsibility. Choose a duties-paid (DDP) option at checkout to include them up front; with other options the courier collects them before delivery.

Use our order tracking page with your order number and email. We also send your tracking number by email and WhatsApp when your order ships.

A guarantee period of 1 year is applicable on all instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting or any other manufacturing related defect.

No. Instruments are supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned and sterilized before first use. See our Instructions for Use.

We manufacture from Japanese, German and Pakistani surgical-grade stainless steel. Options include tungsten carbide inserts on scissors and needle holders.

Our quality system is ISO 13485 certified, alongside ISO 9001 and GMP. Every export shipment includes a signed Certificate of Conformance and every unit carries a lot identifier.

Rinse straight after use, clean with neutral pH detergent, lubricate and autoclave in the open position. See our Instruments Care guide.
